Job description:

  • Guide, lead and motivate operations employees.
  • Help team achieve KPIs and lead them in delivering quality and consistency with customer service standards. 
  • Plan and schedule staff.
  • Lead meetings and mentor and coach team. 
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, policies and procedures. 


  • APA Qualification. 
  • Experience with people management. 
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service.
  • Leadership skills.
