Our client, a large multinational within the Financial Services Industry, is looking to add an Operations Support Administrator to their team. This is a permanent and full-time position located in Shannon, Co. Clare. This position also operates on a hybrid working model – 2 days in the office and 3 from home. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, confidence to take initiative, and attention to detail.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Team Leader, the purpose of the Operations Support Administrator is to complete all administrative functions to support the business. Ensure that this is achieved in the context of controlled policies and procedures while providing exceptional customer service and minimising risk.

Key Responsibilities:

·Operational Support

  • 100% of post is completed daily.

  • Ensure post is assigned to the relevant departments.

  • All outgoing post Franked and ready by 4pm daily.

  • Operations Mailbox queries actioned daily.

  • Achieve SLA’s on all Admin/Operations Support tasks and post-related activities.

  • Client Administration to be processed daily, including ad hoc tasks of Scanning/Binding/Bulk Printing etc.

  • Demonstrate the ability to adapt to new processes in a timely manner, show flexibility with change of tasks assigned.

·Quality Control

  • Ensure systems are accurately updated with all relevant information.

  • Raise any potential errors in a timely manner.

·Customer Service

  • Document management – daily folders, requesting/retrieval of documents and sending boxes offsite.

  • Maintain the flow of incoming post to the business units.

  • Conduct all tasks in a manner compliant with all policies, procedures, legislative and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements:

·Relevant Business degree or qualification (desirable).

·Previous experience working in an Administrative role.

·Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

·Adaptability/Dealing with Change.

·IT Knowledge – General use.
