Our client a leading company in the Limerick area is currently seeking an Operations Supervisor within their call centre to work out of hour shifts. Previous experience in supervising a team in an office or call centre environment is essential for this role

Key Responsibilities

  • Playing key role in the supervisory management team by managing the operations of the company on a shift basis
  • Ensuring effective delivery of their service offering
  • Ability to train and lead a team setting key KPI’s
  • Ensuring the effectiveness of a quality assured service

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in supervisory or managemnet role supervising a team in a call centre or office environment(essential)
  • Proficiency in all microsoft office suites
  • Willingness to work out of hours
  • Strong problem solving ability
  • An established trainer
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
