Operations Analyst Hybrid

We are recruiting for an Operations Analyst or Operations Administrator to join a global healthcare organization in a busy EMEA shared service centre. This role will involve supporting a number of functions in the business and will require someone who has experience managing data and reporting. It is a 12-month contract, based in Dublin West. After the training and onboarding period, it will be a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to the preparation of reports, preparing custom tables, preparing graphical data display, and providing analytical support for the team
  • Utilising databases for all collected information, maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of company data
  • Leading projects that enable better decision-making through improved data transparency, information quality, and process efficiencies
  • Daily, weekly & monthly updating and maintenance of the teams activity tracker 
  • Communicating and organizing timelines and reminders for outcomes for the team and key stakeholders, assuring critical milestones are achieved
  • Provide ad-hoc support to wider team members as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, analytics or process improvement
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment and ability to manage multiple responsibilities 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
