My client is a Luxury Product Organisation based in Dublin 2. They are seeking to hire an Office Manager / Senior Administrator to preform the day to day running of the Office. This is a permanent role, 9am - 5pm based in the office.

The role -

These duties and responsibilities are a reflection of the present service requirements and may be subject to review and amendment to meet the changing needs of the company. The Office Manager will be required to maintain, enhance and develop their professional knowledge, skills and aptitudes necessary to respond to a rapidly changing environment.

The successful candidate will have knowledge and skills on -

  • Oversee and support all daily administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating efficiently
  • Liaise with external parties as necessary, including cleaners, contractors, or maintenance when required
  • Day-to-day support for the senior management team in any tasks required
  • Provide other administrative support as necessary, undertaking research, formatting, archiving documents, and creating reports or presentations
  • Arranging general business travel, and bookings, creating itineraries as requested and conciliations of expenses
  • Manage courier, package delivery and express mail service
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently, multitask and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills, adaptable and flexible
  • Leadership and the ability to “make things happen”
  • Motivation to learn and constantly improve and volunteer for new challenges
  • Fluent Italian or/and French language highly desirable but not mandatory

Qualifications & Experience -

Minimum 3-5  years’ experience in administration, or a similar position within a professional office environment

Excellent knowledge of IT, Microsoft Office, MS Excel skills – advanced level, and Outlook
