Office Administrator / Receptionist - Onsite - East Galway
Responsibilities:
- Front office reception.
- Responsible for accounts administration– debtors, creditors, lodgements, bank reconciliation, VAT returns, etc.
- Payroll processing and dealing with any queries.
- Managing and updating the website and all social media content.
- Maintain office supplies and order new supplies when needed.
- Maintaining a high level of customer service
- And other office administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- 2 years plus experience in a broad administration role with an element of accounting.
- Good strong system skills i.e., Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
