We are partnering with an innovative client in Sligo to find an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional or a motivated trainee eager to thrive in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time, in-person position: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:45 pm.
  • Enjoy your weekends off!
  • Onsite parking is available.

Responsibilities:

As an Office Administrator, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain strong organisational skills to manage office tasks efficiently.
  • Handle accounts, including bank reconciliation, and processing purchase and sales invoices.
  • Utilise Sage and Microsoft Excel for various administrative tasks.
  • Process staff wages accurately and timely.
  • Address ad-hoc requests from senior management.
  • Ensure high standards of attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of Excel.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Capable of multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong communication skills.

Desirable but not essential:

  • Previous use of the accounts package Sage.
