Member Services Liaison (Customer Service Representative)

Our client has an exciting opportunity to join their Member Services team as their new Member Services Liaison. Our client is a world premier organisation for vacation ownership with resorts at destinations around the globe. This role is an exciting customer service-based role and would ideally suit someone who has some customer service background and who is looking to break into the hospitality industry. This role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is currently being worked remotely however in February 2022 they will begin to return to the office using a hybrid way of working. This modal will be 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.


Key Responsibilities

  • Providing world-class customer service to UK based resorts
  • Maintenance of correspondence files for all customers, including rental management agreements and requests for changes to renovations.
  • Tracking of rental activity and timely payment and accounting of rental inventory. Assist customers in planning and booking all aspects of their occupancy and special requests.
  • Actively participate in the resolution of any issues arising from customer usage and general service issues.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with all interfacing departments to ensure the best possible service to customers.

Key Requirements

  • Customer service experience of any caliber (full training will be provided)
  • Be familiar with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent oral and written English essential.
