New Product Development Engineer

The site New Product Development Engineer is responsible for the introduction of all-new and future pipeline products as well as any changes to existing products and materials. 

New Product Development Engineer Responsibilities:

• Leads the creation of new products and the deliver from concept to manufacturing and is the site technical content owner for existing and pipeline products.

• Technical readiness leader for new products and pack structure including design validation owner.

• Leads the qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) of new FPCs and/or materials on the pack line

• Owns capital management and vendor management for any changes to the product lines.

• Owns identifying material savings opportunities. This includes leading workshops within the site and engaging with suppliers

• A key member of the Development Hub team identifying opportunities to leverage the existing capacity/capabilities on-site to grow the site volume and deliver for customers.


New Product Development Engineer requirements

  • Degree Qualified, technical background with strong project management and delivery track record
  • End to End experience in product development
  • Significant experience with packaging and/or moulding technology is a distinct advantage
  • An entrepreneurial and motivated person interested to work in the Tech Hub to grow the site volume, reduce costs and deliver Win/Win for the company and their customers
  • Experience in Capital Management and Program Management
  • Able to lead a team of multiple site functions to deliver the project’s objective.
