Our client, an international water infrastructure specialist, employing over 600 people and operating across Ireland, the UK and Northern Europe is looking for a Marketing and Communications Administrator to join their team on a part-time permanent contract in Mallow, Co Cork.
Responsibilities:
Direct liaison with Managing Director and Marketing & Communications Manager
Develop project specific documents and presentations as required
Support the business unit managers and key team members to establish and maintain relationships with key clients and influencers
Stock management, ordering and PO creation
Managing subscriptions, renewals, procurement
Support the creation of content for the company website, brochures, digital and social media campaigns and general marketing material
Booking of external events and courses
Requirments:
Strong administration and organisational skills
Strong IT skills and the ability to learn (or have experience of) tools such as InDesign for company templates
MS Office Skills
Experience in reviewing documentation and providing updates and feedback
Good communication & interpersonal skills
