Our client, an international water infrastructure specialist, employing over 600 people and operating across Ireland, the UK and Northern Europe is looking for a Marketing and Communications Administrator to join their team on a part-time permanent contract in Mallow, Co Cork.


  • Direct liaison with Managing Director and Marketing & Communications Manager

  • Develop project specific documents and presentations as required

  • Support the business unit managers and key team members to establish and maintain relationships with key clients and influencers

  • Stock management, ordering and PO creation

  • Managing subscriptions, renewals, procurement

  • Support the creation of content for the company website, brochures, digital and social media campaigns and general marketing material

  • Booking of external events and courses


  • Strong administration and organisational skills

  • Strong IT skills and the ability to learn (or have experience of) tools such as InDesign for company templates

  • MS Office Skills

  • Experience in reviewing documentation and providing updates and feedback

  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
