Process Leader

Our client, a global healthcare leader is keen to hire a Process Leader in Donegal.

This role will involve working day and night shift.

As a Process Leader, you will manage a team of operators and maintain manufacturing Equipment to ensure that the site delivers safe and effective products that meet customer needs whilst maintaining compliance.


As a Process Leader, you will be responsible for the following:


  • Lead team of 6-8 processors in formulation lab and material handlers

  • Conduct 1 to 1s with staff and guide development plans

  • Complete performance reviews and give feedback

Day to day running of Formulation Lab

  • Assist in Scheduling of Chemistry

  • Responsible for lab performance and measurement

  • Coordinate with Dipper and Dispense Process leaders, to ensure Chemistry is on time

  • Ensure Little Chemistry Wastage and lab is operating efficiently

  • Lab / Cleanroom Consumables ordering Stock management

  • Generation and upkeep of Lab Metrics to measure formulation Process

Cleanroom operations

  • Assist in the running of the cleanroom during Leave etc

  • Cleaning – Coordinate the execution of cleaning procedures

  • Audit Prep

  • Continuous Improvement champion

  • Assisting in Non-conformance writing – With Capa Engineer / Quality Engineers

  • Environmental Monitoring

  • Generating Planned and Un Planned Excursions with QA engineers


  • Relevant third level qualification or trade certificate in an Engineering/ Science / Manufacturing discipline

  • Minimum 3 years work experience in an Engineering / Manufacturing environment

  • Previous experience in a leadership role
