Manufacturing Operator

Our client, a leading global healthcare company in Donegal, are seeking Manufacturing Operators.

Candidates must be open on shift patterns.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

§ Perform product testing and release

§ Initiate Out of Spec investigations

§ Ability to read and determine test schedules

§ Equipment operation and preventative maintenance

§ Completion of Electronic Batch Records

§ Work in a team

§ Follows GMP's, standard operating procedures, and applicable safety rules

Work Experience / Minimum Experience / Skillset:

§ Computer literacy

§ Must be able to work in a team

§ Good attention to detail: meets quality and / or compliance standards.

§ Good dexterity to allow for sampling / handling of product

§ Proactive person who can independently identify work issues/obstacles resolve issues.

§ Works with a sense of urgency to deliver results within deadlines.

§ Effectively respond to change

§ Ability to plan the test schedule

§ Good communicator who is able to positively reach out to team, leaders and peers

Experience:

·       3rd level education not required, however Bachelor or higher degree in Science / Engineering or equivalent desirable

·       Manufacturing/Laboratory experience desirable, but not essential
