We have a new opening for Shift Maintenance Technicians - Shift Work – this is a permanent opportunity with an attractive benefits package. You will be joining a Global Medical Device organisation in the Midlands.
Job Responsibilities
- Repairing and Troubleshooting Electro/Mechanical Equipment Failures.
- Schedule and perform preventative maintenance procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance procedures.
- Work proactively to ensure performance targets are met.
- Ensure that Good Manufacturing Practices & Good Documentation Practices are followed.
- Support Engineering projects and lead actions assigned to the maintenance group.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 Years Experience in a Similar Technical role within the Medical Device or similar industry with an established track record.
- Candidates with a Level 7 or Level 8 of Engineering Disciplines in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Craft Level 6 in Electrial or Mechanical fields
- Mechanical Experience within an automated manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of PLCs, motor drives, and pneumatic and hydraulic components.
- Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting skills
- Demonstrate a high level of technical ability.
- Good Verbal and written Communication skills.
- Strong Teamwork abilities.
