Role Responsibilities:

  • Execution of scheduled preventative maintenance activities
  • Prioritise, fault find and remediate equipment breakdowns in a timely manner
  • Record quality maintenance history in the site Corporate Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Effective communication with production teams and maintenance engineer
  • Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with local and global procures and in accordance with GMP requirements.

 

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum level 6 qualification in relevant technical discipline
  • Strong electrical and electronic repair and diagnostic skills
  • Experience in pneumatic fault finding and repair

 

Desirable Skills:

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in an FDA maintenance environment.
  • Experience with high speed manufacturing equipment
  • Experience with maintenance of Vision systems
  • Knowledge of programming Logic Controllers, Drives & HMI
  • Minimum level 6 qualification in relevant technical discipline
  • Experience with Label printers and label placement equipment
