Overview of your responsibilities (full job description available on request)
- Own equipment reliability, targeting zero downtime.
- Drive continuous improvement across equipment and processes.
- Monitor performance to protect uptime, quality and yield.
- Complete and improve preventive maintenance (PM) activities.
- Introduce jigs, fixtures and tooling improvements to boost efficiency.
- Maintain critical tooling and spare parts availability.
- Support training and onboarding of new technicians.
- Level 6+ qualification in Engineering or equivalent.
- 5+ years’ technical experience; automated equipment maintenance preferred.
- Strong electrical and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
- Continuous improvement and problem-solving mindset.
- Strong communication, organisation and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to quality, safety and GMP.
