Our client is seeking a driven and customer focused Sales Consultant to join its team. This is a target-driven, field-based role for someone who thrives on building relationships, generating new opportunities, and closing projects of varying sizes.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development & Sales
- Identify, develop, and win new lift installation opportunities across all sectors.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, consistently progressing opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Meet agreed sales targets, revenue goals, and activity KPIs.
- Be customer-facing and represent the business professionally at all times.
- Conduct site visits, assess customer requirements, and propose best-fit lift solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision makers, including architects, consultants, developers, contractors, and facilities teams.
- Work closely with engineering, project management, and operations teams to ensure solutions are deliverable and customer expectations are met.
Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in target-driven B2B sales, ideally in technical, construction, engineering, or building services sectors.
- Strong customer-facing capability with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple opportunities, and meet deadlines.
- Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
