Requirement for an experienced legal secretary to join a leading practice in Limerick City. Looking for someone with minimum 2-3 years experience looking for a new challenge.
- Preparing correspondence and documents from digital dictation.
- Creating, amending and formatting legal documents and templates.
- File management including electronic filing, scanning, photocopying and archiving.
- Diary management and secretarial support.
- Digital dictation
- Maintain and support client relationships
- File maintenance
- General administration duties
- 2-5 years legal secretary experience.
- Accurate Dictaphone typing skills (Min 60wpm).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with case management systems.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
