Our client, a global leading financial manager is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist on a permanent basis. In this role, you will support the Manager of Learning and Development and the L&D team, in delivering learning solutions. Hybrid working model, based in Shannon. Attractive package on offer.
Overview of Main Responsibilities (full job description available on request):
- Design and deliver technical and behavioral learning solutions by using a range of learning tools.
- Conduct learning needs analysis and skills audits.
- Provide ongoing feedback to business stakeholders in regard to the development plans of their team.
- Identify performance gaps that could be addressed in learning.
- Communicate a quarterly schedule of learning.
What the ideal candidate looks like:
- Third-level studies in Humanities and/ or e-learning design/delivery.
- Post graduate degree is preferable but not essential.
- Knowledge of e-learning design and delivery.
- Previous experience in a Learning and Development role (desirable)
- Experience in Financial Services (essential)
