Learning & Development Specialist
An exciting opportunity has come in from our client who is looking to bring on board a Learning & Development Specialist to join their expanding organisation. This opportunity would suit someone with 3-5 years experience with an L&D specific role, someone who has experience in the pharma industry, and someone who has experience in implementing a Learning Management System.

Co-designs and delivers a core front-line leadership curriculum that emphasises key success factors, capabilities, and behaviours required to manage in a regulated operations/manufacturing environment.
Co-designs and delivers a personal development curriculum for the development of the employees. These include curricula such as presentation skills, communication skills, project management, team building, conflict management, influencing skills, etc.
Evaluates learning to determine gains in knowledge and skills, application and transfer, and overall impact/ROI.
Ensures that education and training programs are aligned with other Learning & Organisational Development initiatives.
The role holder will also be accountable for ensuring that all training programmes are successfully migrated to the LMS and will ensure that all learning and development requirements are accounted for and administered effectively once the new system goes live.
Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology, or similar; Master's degree preferred.
Experience in project management, preferably in implementing a learning management system (LMS).
3-5 years experience in an L&D role with a focus on training, instructional design and delivery, preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding organisational and time-management skills.
