Junior Finance Assistant

The role:

To work as part of Financial Management team directly responsible for the checking and processing of Expenses. This is a key position in the Financial Management team ensuring that all expenses submissions are of the highest standard, from a reputational perspective and are processed and paid on time from a staff perspective.

Responsibilities:

  • Review Expense claims checking for completeness, errors, omissions before final review by level D.
  • Corporate Charge Cards to be checked and reviewed monthly for subsequent allocation against paid balances.
  • Liaising with team members to help resolve and expense issues in a timely manner;
  • Responsible for the timely management of the Expenses Payment and Process.
  • To undertake any additional ad hoc duties as may be assigned in Financial Management such as purchase order processing, account reconciliation, financial reporting.
  • To deliver key tasks by ensuring dignity, respect and equality are applied in the workplace;
  • To ensure that continuous learning and development is undertaken through informal and formal learning and participation in the Performance Management and Development Review Process;
  • To demonstrate flexibility in undertaking additional tasks as may be assigned.

Whats on Offer:

  • Temporary role 9-12 months
  • Salary c€22,000k
  • 22 days AL
  • Hybrid model - 3 days in office, 2 days wfh
