We have a new opening for a Project Manager permanent opportunity remote based position.

Reporting to the PMO Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to implementation, on time within budget and scope within the IT division.

The role will focus on the delivery of projects from project initiation through to close out.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.

  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.

  • Report and escalate to management as needed.

  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

  • Meet with stakeholders/clients to take requirements of each project.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements:

  • Relevant Third Level qualification in either Business IT or Project Management.

  • PM Qualification (or working towards) and/or Supply Chain Business knowledge is an

  • advantage.

  • 3-5 years Project Management experience with demonstrable experience managing projects, preferably managing IT projects.

  • The ability to take responsibility for high quality and on-time project deliveries.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to represent the company in a client facing role.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. 

  • Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

  • Ability to understand and deliver on internal and external customer expectations.

  • Experience of building relationships with executive and senior leadership, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
