We are working in partnership with a leading manufacturer in Dublin 10. We currently have a new opening for an IS Technical Support Engineer based in their new manufacturing site in Dublin.

As part of the IS Team, you will provide support to the Client's sites based in Dublin, UK, Germany, and Belgium.

Reporting to the IS Manager you will provide Hands-on Support to all sites you will ensure a High-level infrastructure and end-user support is given to the business.


  • Fault-finding and maintaining servers, PCs, network infrastructure hardware, and software (including laptops) used in the organisation.
  • Support the Set-Up/Moving of New Technologies.
  • Managing Internal Ticketing systems and Phone Systems on a daily basis.
  • Manage IT projects and deployment to a high level including documented detail.
  • Ensure all IT activities, including relocating IS, telephone, and office equipment as requested by key personnel during business hours, are strictly in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines.
  • Ensure all Reported Incidents and Service Requests are recorded to a standard set out by the Business.
  • Monitor and Update calls to ensure that all Service Levels are being achieved.


  • Minimum 3 Years Experience in a Hands-on Technical Support Role.
  • Educated to degree level in a related field.
  • Experience working in a Ticketing System is an Advantage but not essential.
  • Experience in Working Terminal Services and Citrix Environment.
  • Experience with Windows Server and Office 365 including Managing and Maintaining SharePoint and OneDrive.
  • Exceptional Attention to Detail and Communication Skills.
  • Ability to interface effectively via phone, email, or chat with both technical and non-technical users
  • Full Clean Driving Licence and the ability to travel when required.
