Investor Services Analyst

Our client, a leading multinational within the Financial Services Industry is on the lookout for an Investor Services Analyst to join the team in their Limerick office. This role is being offered on a fixed term contract of 7 months. This role would be great experience for someone who is looking to grow their career within the investor services area. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills and will have experience within a contact center environment as it is a phone and email based role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to investor queries via phone or email

  • Ensure queries are answered in line with department procedures

  • Act as a mentor to new team members

  • Ensure your tasks are completed within the correct time scales

  • Attend and participate in team meetings

  • Participate in client visit meetings as required

  • Complete any other ad hoc tasks given by your line manager

Key Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Client & Investor Servicing

  • Knowledge of Fund Administration and the regulatory environment

  • Ability to work to set deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Analytical Skills are required to research and resolve queries

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Contact center experience
