International Customer Support Representative

Excellent opportunity for customer service rep to join leading international medical device & healthcare company.This position is based in Dublin 2.

Ideal candidate will have previous experience in similar environment.

Role:Ensures that all orders or problems concerning international accounts are dealt with in an efficient and accurate manner by performing the following duties.

Order Management – All aspects from receipt of order until delivery to customer.

Backorder Management —  provide accurate information to customer working with manufacturing and distribution liaison

Invoice Management – provide proper documentation for all aspects of customer orders and billing.

Credit/Return Management – confirm validity of and process all credits and returns

Pricing – coordinates with sales manager and operations manager to provide accurate updated pricing

Samples/Literature – processes all sample and literature requests after reviewing with sales manager

Registration – reviews registration requirements of products being purchased to assure compliance. Coordinates requests with Quality/Regulatory Agent

Customer Visits – organizes all in house customer visits, including product training and plant tours

Product Knowledge – provides customers with cross references for competitor products and assists territory manager with product tenders

New Customers – filters new customer requests for the territory manager by providing a Distributor Profile and works with Business Coordinator to set up a new account when approved.
