Inhouse Talent Acquisition Specialist- Louth (Hybrid)

Initial 12-month contract for an experienced Inhouse Recruiter (TA) to join a new start-up world-class Global Organisation in Co. Louth. Hybrid working model-ideally 3 days onsite.


Responsibilities (full job description available upon request):

·        Utilise a range of sourcing strategies including business network, referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, local and national advertising, relationships with 3rd party institutions, and career fairs.

·        Core responsibilities include job design, posting & advertising positions, pre-screening, organising, and scheduling interviews.

·        Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to issuing employment offers whilst optimizing the recruitment process from talent pool establishment, interview, assessment, feedback, and onboarding process, to maintain excellent candidate and future employee experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

·        Provide guidance and direction to the business to ensure consistent, equal, and fair treatment of candidates and employees throughout the recruitment process. Consult with managers to ensure the consistent application of and adherence to company policies and procedures. 

Drive the offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters and contracts.

·        Participation in interviewing candidates based on various methods including structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions.

·        Participate in virtual career events, F2F events (when time permits) conferences, and meetups to network with professionals as required as part of the sourcing strategy of the TA organisation.



·        3 years + in-house recruitment experience in a fast-paced commercially focused manufacturing facility, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry or biomanufacturing environment

·        Ability to work under pressure and in a mixed culture, dynamic and fast-paced environment.

·        Experience with ATS software, recruitment websites, talent insights, and mapping.

·        Excellent LinkedIn Recruiter ability and experience with Boolean searches to attract key talent

·        Working to targets and understanding recruitment metrics including time to fill, cost per hire, and source utilization.

·        Highly organised with proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
