Inhouse Recruiter-Work from Home

This is an initial 1-year contract for an In-house Recruiter with a Global Pharmaceutical based in Dublin to provide TA support on all permanent & fixed-term contract roles. This person can be based anywhere in Ireland as the role will be fully remote with some requirements to attend different sites on an ad hoc basis.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Consult with hiring managers and HR to understand skill requirements, background, and experience needed for each requisition
  • Work with hiring managers to develop a comprehensive internal and external recruitment strategy for each requirement, setting and managing expectations
  • Identification and execution of appropriate sourcing medium to attract suitable candidates, in addition to fully utilizing all internal resources.
  • Championing introduction of and use of Social, Digital and Mobile media and other innovative recruitment tools.
  • Source, screen and manage candidates throughout the process providing feedback at all stages
  • Ensure structured/competency-based interview process is followed for each hiring requirement, running assessment centers’ or testing as and if required.
  • Salary negotiation and management of offer process ensuring contract issued in line with company procedure.

 

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

  • 2 years + experience within (Agency or In-house) recruitment.
  • Knowledge of sourcing in the Pharma Industry desirable.
  • Strong skills in driving and owning the TA process ensuring candidate and client management satisfaction.
  • Professional, accountable, high energy and collaborative team player
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure and changing environment
  • Competitive drive, strong work ethic. Motivation to learn, grow and succeed
