Our client, a large multinational within the Financial Services Industry, is looking to recruit an HRIS Specialist. This is a permanent, full-time position and there is flexibility for the right candidate to work from either the Dublin or Shannon, Co. Clare location. This position also operates on a hybrid working model – 2 days in the office and 3 from home.

About the Role:

The purpose of the HRIS Specialist is to support the HR team and the business to generate, analyse and present employee-related data across functional areas on key Human Resources activities; to deliver meaningful analysis and reporting to our business clients and Senior Management Team and helping to determine talent gaps, progress and activity plans.

Key Responsibilities (Full list available on request):

·       Act as SME of the Cornerstone Talent Management portal, producing and updating dashboards, tasks and relevant reporting and bulk uploads.

·       Project member to assist in the implementation of the Talent Management portal modules.

·       Leverage existing modules to simplify and automate HR processes,

·       100% accuracy of data input to HR Systems and relevant data management tools.

·       Provide robust, reliable HR reporting and analysis in a professional, efficient & user-friendly format which meets the requirements of internal & external clients.

·       Validate data and conduct thorough data analysis to identify and communicate to HR and Business Leaders opportunities, threats and best practice to drive continuous performance improvement.

·       Management of and periodically review existing employee benefits to ensure employees benefit information is complete and accurate.

·       Developing and implementing new compensation and benefits programs, policies and procedures.

·       Undertake and deliver various salary surveys and reviews across functional areas, supporting the annual performance review and compensation process.

Key Requirements:

·       Formal qualification in Human Resources (Essential).

·       Formal qualification in the finance field (Desirable).

·       In-depth and proven experience with Cornerstone or similar HR system (Essential).

·       Specialisation in human resources data analytics.

·       Experience implementing, promoting and managing benefits and compensation programs, policies, procedures.

·       Previous experience within Financial Services.
