Human Resource Payroll Administrator required for a Medical Company in Galway on a contract basis initially.

You will work closely with the HR Manager and will process the weekly payroll, keep systems up to date, provide training administration, prepare reports, issue contracts, schedule onboarding for new starters and provide HR administration support to the department.

This position will report directly to the Managing Director in the absence of the HR Manager.

Responsibilities

Complete payroll weekly

Inputting pay raises, shift payments and overtime compensation

Resolving issues employees have with timesheets, payslips and other payroll matters

Changing employee bank records when necessary to process payments accurately

 Preparing starter and leaver forms

Collaborating with the human resources department to maintain employee data

Assisting with HR Administration as and when required

Answering calls, filing and maintaining records

Assist and coordinate the recruitment and onboarding cycle

Coordinate induction training for new and existing employees

Maintaining Absenteeism and Annual Leave Management daily

Updating training system for employees' training files daily

Assisting with maintenance of the time management system

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Payroll qualification or experience
