Role Overview:
As HR Manager, you will get the opportunity to work closely with the Head of HR and will play a pivotal role in achieving exceptional results across the business. You will be responsible for managing an array of business-critical HR activities, and designing and implementing best in class HR policies and procedures.
What the ideal candidate looks like:
Degree in HR or a related discipline.
3+ years HR Manager experience.
Deep understanding of leading-edge HR methodologies, policies and procedures.
Commercial awareness.
A passion for helping people.
Intelligent and energetic with the highest standard of integrity.
Accessible and open to our team members; always willing to listen, learn and support.
Ready to participate in a range of high-impact projects.
Manage a team of high-quality people committed to delivering HR excellence, to our teams across the country.
Experience in a professional services environment, an interest in psychology, and a working knowledge of psychometric tools and HR software systems would be advantageous.
