Role Overview:

As HR Manager, you will get the opportunity to work closely with the Head of HR and will play a pivotal role in achieving exceptional results across the business. You will be responsible for managing an array of business-critical HR activities, and designing and implementing best in class HR policies and procedures.

What the ideal candidate looks like:

  • Degree in HR or a related discipline.

  • 3+ years HR Manager experience. 

  • Deep understanding of leading-edge HR methodologies, policies and procedures.

  • Commercial awareness. 

  • A passion for helping people.

  • Intelligent and energetic with the highest standard of integrity.

  • Accessible and open to our team members; always willing to listen, learn and support.

  • Ready to participate in a range of high-impact projects.

  • Manage a team of high-quality people committed to delivering HR excellence, to our teams across the country.

  • Experience in a professional services environment, an interest in psychology, and a working knowledge of psychometric tools and HR software systems would be advantageous.
