We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to join our client's head office in D12. This role involves supporting managers nationwide and driving HR strategy across the business. You will build strong relationships with senior managers and their teams, collaborate with the reporting manager to implement new initiatives, and oversee daily HR operations. HR Manager Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for all employee-related queries
  • Advise and coach managers on best practice relations
  • Manage employee relations cases and issues
  • Oversee performance management and succession planning
  • Conduct interviews and oversee the recruitment process
  • Manage new hire and exit processes
  • Lead training, learning, and development initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and relevant legislation
  • Foster high levels of employee engagement and a positive culture
  • Implement new and creative ideas for business development and learning initiatives

HR Manager Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent experience in Irish employment law legislation is essential
  • Experience in a commercially focused environment with dynamic situations
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent (desirable)
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects and deadlines
  • Full clean Irish driving license
