Job Overview (full job spec available on request):

The HR Manager will report directly to the Senior Director HR, EME and will be an integral member of the sites leadership team.  As a member of the Human Resources organisation, you will contribute a high level of human resource generalist knowledge and expertise for more than one site.  You will be accountable for talent acquisition, succession/workforce planning, performance management and development of employees, using technology efficiently, and coaching/developing others to help influence and execute brand/business service strategy/initiatives and business objectives in the most efficient manner.   

  • Leading and Managing Human Resources Strategy

  • Managing the Staffing and Recruiting Process

  • Overseeing Benefits Education and Administration

  • Managing Employee Compensation

  • Managing Staff Development Activities

  • HR Service Delivery

  • 3 direct reports across two sites
