This is a key role reporting to the General Manager and collaborating with the Chief People & Technology Officer to drive excellence in HR practices, foster a high-performance culture, and support the company's growth objectives.
HR Manager Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of HR function, including recruitment, employee experience, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, reward, and organisation design.
Collaborate with internal leaders to nurture a high-performing and inclusive culture.
Assist in developing organisation structures aligned with business goals.
Foster a positive work culture that attracts and retains top talent.
Innovate HR processes and initiatives, delivering exceptional service in areas like recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement, communications, and compensation and benefits.
Manage change initiatives to ensure employee engagement during transitions.
Continuously enhance HR systems, processes, and policies according to best practices.
Oversee the reporting of people-related KPIs and provide data-driven insights to inform management decisions.
HR Manager Requirements:
Proven HR management experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a relevant role.
Third-level degree in HR or a CIPD qualification.
Thorough knowledge of Irish employment law and HR metrics.
Experience in a unionised environment is beneficial.
