My client is a leading medical device company in search of a dedicated HR Manager to spearhead their people-centric culture and support their mission. As the HR Manager, you'll collaborate closely with senior leadership, championing strategic initiatives that drive the organisation forward.

HR Manager responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of the performance management process to ensure the team attains the desired capabilities and performance levels required to meet current and future business needs.

  • Execute effective recruitment strategies to identify, select, and onboard talented individuals who align with the company's values and goals.

  • Act as a strategic partner within the organisation, driving talent management initiatives to ensure the right people are in the right roles.

  • Play a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR-related projects aimed at fostering an employee-centered culture, focusing on engagement, wellness, inclusion, and diversity.

  • Take the lead on employee development and learning opportunities to enhance the team's skills and capabilities.

  • Manage employee onboarding and retention programs to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

  • Develop, implement, and continually review HR policies and procedures in line with the company culture, objectives, and industry best practices.

HR Manager requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification with a minimum of 5 years of HR experience.

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of HR procedures and policies.

  • Have a proven track record of promoting the employee value proposition and managing change effectively.

  • Exhibit decisiveness and a strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrate business acumen and an innovative approach.
