Our client, a leading global pharmaceutical manufacturer has an attractive opportunity for a HR Manager to join their team. In this role, you will work closely with the Site Leadership Team to mentor and influence change in a highly matrixed organisation. This is a varied role that incorporates; talent management, organisational development, performance management, career development, employee relations, diversity & inclusion, compensation planning, and change leadership.

Overview of Main Responsibilities (full job description available on request):

  • Support talent attraction and management
  • Deliver mentorship to people managers regarding HR policies and employee training needs
  • Build partnerships with the site and business leaders to guide site activities, shape culture, and drive employee engagement
  • Use HR data and people metrics to drive continuous improvement of talent and business capabilities, as well as influence change
  • Lead HR and process improvement projects and support annual HR processes, as well as coordinate effective compensation equity and planning

What the ideal candidate looks like:

  • CIPD qualified with a relevant degree in Human Resources or related experience
  • 5+ years of comprehensive HR experience in a global environment with prior experience as a HRBP
  • Experience operating in an unionised environment
  • Manufacturing experience desirable but not essential
  • Proven results partnering within a matrix organisation
  • Workday experience desirable but not essential
