Our client, a leading hospitality industry organisation in Clare are currently seeking a HR Generalist with previous experience responsible for a full suite of HR activities in the exciting, fast-paced hospitality environment.
This position will report to the HR Manager.
- Day-to-day HR practices.
- Compliance with legislation.
- Employee wellbeing initiatives.
- Full recruitment cycle.
- Social media maintenance.
- HR Systems administration.
- Other projects as required.
- 3-5 years experience in HR role within the Hospitality industry.
- Degree in Human Resource Management.
- CIPD accreditation and Irish Employment Law Diploma desired.
- Strong experience in recruitment.
- Strong HR systems experience, timepoint desirable.
- Driven, energetic and positive.
- Ability to handle difficult situations.
- Ability to multitask.
- Full, clean driving license with own car.
