Our client based in Longford require a HR Generalist on a 12 month contract (hybrid) basis to provide support in the areas of talent management, compensation and benefits, organisation effectiveness, legislative and regulatory compliance, employee records, HR best practice –policies and procedures, onboarding and to provide guidance and support to ensure harmonious employee relations.

HRIS - employee records on Workday
Operational Excellence Culture
Maintain positive employee relations
Support facilities management
Support and Lead the philosophy of open communication and teamwork.
Education and Experience:
A Bachelors Degree and/ or membership of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.
3 years experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
