Our client, a leading global healthcare company in Donegal, is seeking an HR Generalist (Hybrid Opportunity)
The primary responsibilities of the Human Resource Generalist are to provide general HR support involving corporate initiatives, participation in personnel strategy, management reporting and specialist knowledge, contributing to the delivery of safe and effective products that meets customer needs whilst maintaining compliance.
Coordinate and implement recruitment and selection processes so that they run smoothly and that staff with the appropriate skills and potential are recruited from internal and external talent pools.
Provide resource management guidance and support to line managers in respect of all resourcing needs within area of responsibility for effective recruitment of staff.
Headcount and monthly reports
Coordination of plant events of both an internal and external nature.
Contribute to the site’s conduct of its business in a manner designed to be protective of human health, safety, and the environment.
Education and Years Experience:
Third-level education, preferably in H.R. discipline
2 years experience in HR/Administration
