We have a great opportunity with a market leader in their field who are looking for a HR Generalist to join their team on a 2-year FTC . This role is based in South-West Limerick and they would ideally like this person to be based full-time onsite. As the HR Generalist, you will support the business across the full employee lifecycle. Overview of Main Responsibilities (full job description available on request):

  • First point of contact on all HR-related queries

  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle

  • Managing the HRIS system and generation of reports

  • Compliance with all legislative changes

  • Employee engagement activities

  • Develop and deliver HR-related training and development

What the ideal candidate looks like:

  • CIPD qualified, with 2+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Solid understanding and practical application of Irish employment law

  • Strong relationship-building skills

  • HRIS system experience

  • Proven ability to work autonomously
