Role: HR Business Partner

As an essential part of the HR team, you'll play a vital role in propelling the people strategy forward and creating a culture of excellence. Collaborating with colleagues, you'll help develop key competencies that ensure the company's resilience while spearheading talent development initiatives across various disciplines.

HR Business Partner Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic people initiatives, championing collaboration, empowerment, and high-performance teamwork.

  • Contribute to impactful HR projects, spanning talent development, wellness, productivity, and customer-centric programs.

  • Oversee talent development, training, and succession planning, nurturing employee growth.

  • Provide comprehensive support for transactional HR functions and employee lifecycle management.

  • Innovate wellness initiatives and analyze productivity trends, enhancing employee well-being.

  • Leverage valuable customer input for HR decisions, acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.

HR Business Partner Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.

  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Strong practical experience in Irish Employment Law is a must.

  • Outstanding communication skills, data-driven decision-making, and adaptability.

  • Willingness to occasionally travel to other sites.
