HR Business Specialist - Donegal Town - Contract
The HR Business Specialist provides consulting and HR support to the business on talent management, cultural transformation, employee relations and other business or HR initiatives. This position is responsible for day-to-day operations of HR to support the business.
Responsibilities:
- With minimal supervision of HR Management and in partnership with Practice Centres may lead and support various aspects of the HR strategy and talent agenda for the site.
- Manage with managers and supervisor’s employee relations issues and instruct them on the appropriate
- Identify Organizational capabilities needed for business success, partner with business to develop workforce needs and developing talent fulfilment plans
- Identify training and development priorities for the divisions and key talent.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or Business a minimal requirement
- 4+ Years experience as a Business HR Partner desired
