HR & Accounts Officer Part Time

Human Resource and Accounts Officer required to assist the Head of Finance in ensuring the Company’s financial accounts are recorded, maintained, and updated accurately to facilitate critical business decisions. To support Human Resource matters on-site in Galway.

Finance Key responsibilities:

  • To accurately input purchase invoices creating a link between the coordinating PO requisition and delivery note or any credit note, in line with company procedures.
  • To ensure any spending has been authorised correctly and allocated to the correct cost center.
  • To ensure correct data has been input to create sales invoices.
  • To reconcile bank statements.
  • To assist with running company payrolls, taking responsibility for the weekly payroll including adding new starters, coordinating leavers' information, Statutory payments, and maintaining accurate holiday and sickness records.
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end processes as required.
  • Undertaking any finance project work that may be required from time to time

HR Key responsibilities:

  •  Assist management with corrective action as needed
  • Assist management and department heads with conflict resolution and accidents
  • Maintain employee records and update as needed
  • Update company policies and benefits package
  • Ensure employee compliance with all company policies and state/federal laws and regulations
