We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Analyst to join a leading biopharmaceutical company based in Swords, Dublin. This is an initial 11-month fixed-term contract and will operate on a hybrid working model. The HR Analyst will provide tactical and administrative support to the Human Resources Department and will work with the manager to coordinate assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with business leaders to champion a high-performance culture and to create an environment of trust, dignity, and respect.
  • Supports organisational people projects and their associated people implications.
  • Work with client leaders to support the delivery of their people strategy.
  • Provides effective coaching for leaders through the handling of complex employee relations issues.
  • Support and participate in projects across the Ireland HR team.
  • Support the site management and HR team with analytics and process support.

Key Requirements:

  • 3 – 5 years experience in an HR role.
  • Experience working in a large, multi-national environment would be ideal but not necessary.
  • Proven track record of HR delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish and European employment law frameworks.
  • Effective at coaching and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Data analytics and excel skills are desirable also.
