HR Analyst

Our client, a multinational leader within the Financial Services Industry is looking to hire an HR Analyst to join their HR Service Centre team on a 12 month fixed contract. This role would ideally suit someone that has a working background or qualification in Human Resources who is looking to become part of a wider HR service team. This role is based in Limerick but will be worked remotely initially and it offers a very competitive hourly rate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to questions and counsels employees and managers on HR policies and procedures. Utilise good judgement to resolve more complex matters n your own within corporate guidelines.

  • Proactive with providing continuous status updates, guidance and information to all key stakeholders to ensure case resolution.

  • Performing HR operational processes such as report generation, background checks and new hire onboarding etc.

  • Ensure all functional documentation is up-to-date and available for HR processes.

  • Analise specific HR data and create formal or ad-hoc reports.

  • Act as a training resource for other HR Service Centre Analysts.

Key Requirements

  • Broad knowledge of HR areas

  • Strong technical skills

  • Experience in an HR or HR support role and/or a qualification in similar.

  • Excellent time management and analytical skills

  • Candidates must have their own PC/Laptop to work remotely ahead of a return to the office (as yet unplanned).
