Our client, a multinational leader within the Financial Services Industry is looking to hire an HR Analyst to join their HR Service Centre team on a 12 month fixed contract. This role would ideally suit someone that has a working background or qualification in Human Resources who is looking to become part of a wider HR service team. This role is based in Limerick but will be worked remotely initially and it offers a very competitive hourly rate.
Responding to questions and counsels employees and managers on HR policies and procedures. Utilise good judgement to resolve more complex matters n your own within corporate guidelines.
Proactive with providing continuous status updates, guidance and information to all key stakeholders to ensure case resolution.
Performing HR operational processes such as report generation, background checks and new hire onboarding etc.
Ensure all functional documentation is up-to-date and available for HR processes.
Analise specific HR data and create formal or ad-hoc reports.
Act as a training resource for other HR Service Centre Analysts.
Broad knowledge of HR areas
Strong technical skills
Experience in an HR or HR support role and/or a qualification in similar.
Excellent time management and analytical skills
Candidates must have their own PC/Laptop to work remotely ahead of a return to the office (as yet unplanned).
