This a great opportunity for a HR Administrator to join a well-known indigenous manufacturing operation based in Tipperary. Working closely with the HR Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic HR professional to provide HR support in a variety of areas from recruitment, training, employee relations, rostering and project work. Overview of main responsibilities (full job description available on request):

  • Rostering and Scheduling: Responsible for the weekly rostering and scheduling of all flexi employees.
  • Producing accurate and detailed daily and weekly reports reflecting the weekly schedules, linking in all relevant reports to include, absence management, key skill fulfilment, overtime analysis, labour compare and payroll adjustments
  • HR and Time and Attendance System (TMS): Main point of contact for all staff remuneration and benefit issues and administer payroll data. 
  • Recruitment and Selection: Co-ordinating recruitment and the implementation of the company’s induction programme.
  • Employee Relations: Acting as a point of contact on all employee relations and support in disciplinaries.
  • HR Administration: Support the Absence and Performence Management programmes, and general HR administration and communicate with all staff regularly on HR initiatives and processes.

What the ideal candidate looks like:

  • 2 years’ HR experience.
  • CIPD qualification desirable.
  • In-depth, up-to-date knowledge of employment law in Ireland.
  • Positive personality with a can-do attitiude.
