HR Administrator-Perm- Kildare- Hybrid

My client a renowned food manufacturing company based in Kildare, is now seeking a  HR Administrator to join their experienced HR team, where no 2 days are the same and you will get to immerse yourself in all aspects of HR operations.

The HR Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the HR Manager and ensuring smooth operations within the HR department. This position requires 1-2 years of experience and involves assisting with various HR functions, including recruitment, policy compliance, and administrative tasks.

HR Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling company policy queries and employee relations issues.

  • Support the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.

  • Assist in conducting new employee inductions and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.

  • Collaborate with the payroll department on matters related to staff pay, including new hires, internal promotions, and employee departures.

  • Maintain accurate records in the HR system, including updating employee information, processing changes, and generating reports as needed.

  • Provide general administrative assistance to the HR team, including managing correspondence, filing documents, and maintaining HR records.

  • Assist in producing and updating HR policy documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Take detailed notes during grievance and disciplinary investigations, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded.

HR Administrator Qualifications:

  • HR Degree or a CIPD Qualification

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR administration in a fast paced environment.

  • Basic understanding of employment legislation and HR practices.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
