HR Administrator

Our client is an industry-leading multinational in Limerick and they are currently seeking a HR Administrator to join their team on a 12-month contract. As the HR Administrator, you will assist in the administration of various Human Resource programs, services, and processes supporting a region. This role will interact with all levels of employees to answer HR questions and resolve issues while complying with company and legal policies. This is a busy role with high-volumes and will suit someone who is comfortable in the administrative function.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Responds to questions and counsels employees and managers on HR policies and processes, HR systems, employee data, and assists with data updates.

·       Support and update the Advisory and Consulting teams in a timely manner.

·       Complete monthly instructions to payroll on a timeline basis.

·       Monitor and update back end systems.

·       Perform monthly/ quarterly and annual reporting that is aligned to absence (and other relevant areas) within the HR advisory function.

·       Invoice processing.

·       Proactive with providing continuous status updates, guidance, and information to customers, key stakeholders, and peers within the HR functional area team(s) to ensure case resolution. Provides feedback and recommends process improvements.

·       Appropriately documents case details and relevant information in the case management system.

Key Requirements:

·       2-3 years’ experience in an administrative role is desirable.

·       Proficient in Excel is essential.

·       Excellent administration skills.

·       Excellent customer service/client relationship skills.

·       Demonstrated ability to work under pressure.

·       Accuracy and high attention to detail.

·       Excellent oral/written communication skills.

·       The ability to work as part of a team in a fast paced, dynamic and demanding environment.
