Our client a multinational organisation based in Sligo requires an HR Administrator to join their busy team on a 6-month contract initially. This is an onsite role in Sligo.

Responsibilities:

As an HR Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting New Hires/Induction Programme.
  • Kronos Time and Attendance Support and Report Generation.
  • HR Filing and Documentation Support.
  • HR Systems Support. 
  • Organisational Chart Updating.
  • Support New Hire Kronos Training.
  • Support HR Purchasing.
  • Support Company and HR Event Initiatives.

Requirements

As an HR Administrator, you must have:

  • A Cert or Diploma in Business/HR Related Discipline.
  • A Minimum of 2 Years experience in Admin/Office Management/HR.
  • Strong systems/Excel experience.
