Our client are looking to hire a Head of Sales on a 1 year Fixed Term Contract.
- Managing the forecasted sales & training dept budget.
- Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances.
- Establishes sales objectives and develop annual sales targets for regions and territories for existing and new customers.
- Communicating effectively and efficiently with all stakeholders. Ensuring all customer service levels externally are being met.
- Attending monthly meetings with other senior members of the business.
- Represent the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events.
- Building and maintaining strong, longlasting customer relationships.
- Providing industry information to the marketing manager, advising on marketing material needs in line with customer feedback.
- Degree qualified, preferably in Business, Sales or Marketing.
- Must have experience managing sales and training teams.
- Experience in the Spa and Wellness Industry.
- Experience with Spa Brands.
