My client, one of Ireland’s leading Housing Associations is looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage and play a key role in delivering a progressive HR Agenda.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Manager who is looking to move into a new role where they will play an important role in delivering a progressive HR Agenda in a varied and exciting new role.
Along with the Director of Business Transformation, Communications, Facilities & Human Resources, you will deliver the people agenda of the corporate strategy and contribute to a progressive HR agenda which is aligned with the business plan.
You will champion the corporate values of the organization will be accountable for all people processes within the organization. This role will provide support and advice to the business on all human resource matters. The successful candidate will develop close working relationships with senior managers to gain an understanding of their business strategies and people requirements.

Required:
Degree in Human Resources Management (HRM) or related subject.
A postgraduate / Master’s degree will be considered an advantage
Professional qualification CIPD, IITD
Key Skills:
Technical HR Knowledge, e.g. Employment law, L&D strategies, selection methods, remuneration strategies, change management methodologies and the ability to use that knowledge practically
A confident, independent decision maker with the ability to operate effectively in a changing environment
A passion for improving the delivery of services with a commitment to continuous improvement
The ability to deliver complex messages simply & clearly
Excellent communication skills, the ability to relate to people, to empathize and to bring people with you
