Global OEM Manager

We have an exciting Global OEM Manager opportunity for you to join an award-winning progressive Multinational Pharmaceutical Company on a permanent basis, this is a remote role and the preferred location can be anywhere in Europe or Globally.

It is the primary responsibility of the Global OEM Manager, Meissner Technical Services (MTS) to act as the primary commercial liaison between the direct, OEM, and distribution sales channels and Meissner Technical Services (MTS).

Overview of your responsibilities (full job description available on request):

  • Develop and promote microbiological, analytical, and other services to support end-user process qualification and validation efforts towards the adoption of the Company’s rapidly expanding product portfolio of micro and ultra-filtration solutions, single-use systems, end-to-end (E2E) process solutions, and accessories for critical processes in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Manage and expand the Company’s microbiological, analytical, and other services portfolio consisting of filterability studies, bacterial retention, and filter integrity testing, chemical compatibility testing, extractables & leachables (E&L) studies, endotoxin and particulate studies, bioburden and sterility validation, contamination detection and analyses, materials testing, and stability studies. 
  • Analyze customer requirements for qualification and validation services and make recommendations for services portfolio expansion. 
  • Provide technical content for sales & marketing collateral. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required for the Role:

  • Minimum 4-year degree in Science preferred 
  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical process development (PD) or process validation (PV) as a technically proficient professional using filtration, single-use systems, and/or bioprocessing equipment, in the biopharmaceutical industry or CDMOs is required. 
  • Proven performance and a strong record of accomplishment in selling validation services, commercial aptitude, project management, and meeting and exceeding company goals are necessary.
